Learn about the benefits of Fasting & Eating Like A GirlTM, the optimal regime for you; develop mindset and mindfulness techniques; there is time set aside for journal writing, and other activities.

Indulge in a sound healing, relax into daily guided meditations; take time for quiet reflection; sink into a great book; watch a movie; sing karaoke; play with the dogs. Remember what it is like to feel joyful.

Bond with fellow retreat guests, provide support to one another during fasting, and share stories over meal preparation as you learn the principles of Eat Like A GirlTM.
Body
Enjoy coastal walks, attend the local
parkrunTM on Saturday morning (Susi walks or volunteers so there is no pressure to run!); experience the exhilaration of an ice bath, followed by a sauna. For the 5-day package, feel free to join Susi in her regular swim in the tidal pool; and participate in a local mindful movement class.
Nature
Relax in our garden and forage in the veggie patch; take a walk along the coastal trails nearby, keep an eye out for dolphins, seals & whales in the bay (seasonal); indulge in bird watching. Spot the occasional koala.
