Enjoy coastal walks, attend the local
parkrunTM on Saturday morning (Susi walks or volunteers so there is no pressure to run!); experience the exhilaration of an ice bath, followed by a sauna. For the 5-day package, feel free to join Susi in her regular swim in the tidal pool; and participate in a local mindful movement class.

Nature
Relax in our garden and forage in the veggie patch; take a walk along the coastal trails nearby, keep an eye out for dolphins, seals & whales in the bay (seasonal); indulge in bird watching. Spot the occasional koala.
