"My journey into healing first started when I was diagnosed with depression anxiety and I was supported to heal myself with natural modalities and therapies.

​

I started by eliminating toxins from my daily care, making my own body care products and watching what I consumed. I started meditation and learned how to become the observer of my thoughts. I took up yoga and later got really brave and went to a silent retreat.

​

When my mum started to be unwell this is when my journey into alternative healing therapies really started. I started exploring different modalities starting with sound therapy, essential oils and energy healing."

"My beauty therapy training commenced in 1983, where I graduated from the School of Natural Aesthetics in Adelaide.

​

The focus of my beauty training was holistic, and from this I developed a passion for natural therapies and gleaned the understanding that a symphony of therapies is required to heal and balance the body, and nutrition is an integral part of that healing, process.

​

Soon after obtaining my Beauty Therapy Diploma I gained a Diploma in Aromatherapy. For many years I have been a guest speaker on aromatherapy and also a lecturer for In Essence Aromatherapy.

My passion is for sharing knowledge to benefit the lives of others."
